Tim, Licensed Broker/Owner of Select Homes, has had his real estate license since 1982. Before founding Select Homes, Tim was an exceptionally successful associate broker for a large regional firm. He consistently received Monthly Production Leader status, President's Council Membership and the company's Top Residential Resale Award. Tim also served as Guilderland Office Manager and real estate trainer for a number of years. When he opened Select Homes in 2001, he brought 20 years of real estate experience to his new company. Tim's vision, to be innovative, flexible and responsive guides Select Homes.
Currently Tim is the Sales and Marketing Director for a number of new home communities in the Capital District as well as serving as Principal Broker for both residential and commercial divisions of Select Homes.
Tim, with his wife Mary, and their very special b;ack Labrador, Mandy, resides in Guilderland.
Dorothy J. Merza

Dottie is an Associate Broker who has been licensed for over 20 years. In 1993 she earned the coveted CCIM designation. Recently retired from a large area real estate firm, Dottie is experienced in many facets of the real estate business. At various times, she has managed a residential office, the Commercial Division and the Builders' Marketing Division. Currently, she handles administrative duties for Select Homes.
Dottie resides in Niskayuna with her husband, Peter. They have two daughters, Kim, a science teacher and Michelle, a veterinarian.

Chris, an Associate Broker, has been a licensed real estate professional since 1983. She specializes in first time home buyers, new construction and residential resale. A dedicated professional, Chris earned the designation "Certified Home Sales Professional", as well as a seat on the President's Council for a large real estate firm.
Chris and her husband reside in Guilderland and have three children.

Eileen, a NYS licensed Associate Broker, has been a Realtor specializing in residential resale for over 20 years. Her exceptional marketing talents have earned her many honors, including monthly Top Production Leader and yearly Million Dollar Awards. In order to better serve her buyers, Eileen earned her designation as a Certified Buyer Representative and added Buyer Representation to her portfolio of talents. A lifelong resident of our area, Eileen is particularly adept at helping buyers and sellers who live or work in Albany.
Eileen is very active in our community. She has served as a Block Captain and Treasurer of the Center Square Neighborhood Association, and Secretary for the Northeastern Association for the Blind at Albany (NABA).
Eileen and her husband Elliot live in Albany's Center Square neighborhood with their son Neil.
